ROI (Return on Investment) Analysis:
In today's market climate, businesses can't spend money on technology for technology's sake alone. They must analyze technology as a tool to achieve business goals, improve employee productivity and lower operating costs. Wingspan has proven and accepted methodologies for analyzing the ROI of investing in a converged network.
Assessments: Before you invest in making changes in your network or deploying a new technology, it is important to understand three basic elements: 1. Where you are, 2. Where you are going, and 3. How to get there. Wingspan provides Multiservice Ready Network Assessments which determine your current state, future state and gap analysis.Wingspan Sets Standards in establishing network assessments utilizing repeatable defined processes to ensure quality results.
We provide assessments in:
1. Multi-Service Network Readiness (Are you ready for IP Telephony on the Network?)
2. Network Infrastructure and Data Center Documentation
3. Process Maturity Assessments
4. Business Application Requirement Assessment
Detailed Design: Detailed design demands detailed input. Our design methodology includes a clear understanding of business goals as well as departmental and user expectations. IP Telephony design also requires a special understanding of both the voice (old PBX) requirements along with the experience of transporting that information into the new infrastructure. Wingspan's proven methodology will provide a detailed design of the solution that is intended to foresee and prevent many of the last minute "gotcha's" that can encumber the poorly-planned IP Telephony implementation.
Project Management: Wingspan is convinced that proper project management is the secret sauce to successful convergence implementations. We assign an experienced and PMI certified project manager to every project to ensure that the project developes in the right direction, on time and within budget. We also recognize and are certified by Cisco's Project Management specialization for IP Telephony.
Implementation: Wingspan ensures smooth implementation by making sure that the equipment is properly ordered, received, staged, tested and installed. Cutovers are planned around customer's work schedule and are implemented with fall-back and fail-over engineering.
Maintenance and Service Wingspan offers multiple levels of ongoing customer service and maintenance ranging from full time on-site network support to level-3 consulting and troubleshooting.
Remote Network Management and Analysis: Through our partners, Wingspan provides real-time remote monitoring and management of the network to the IP addressed devices. Our solutions can include Fault Management, Performance Management or Configuration Management or a configuration of all three.
I.T. Recruiting for Management, Sales and Technical Professionals: Wingspan has a fulltime technical resource recruiting staff that keeps a constant finger on the pulse of the best and brightest in the industry. This resource, which is an integral part of our technical superiority, can also find permanent or contract placements for our clients, at a fraction of the industry standard cost.
